We are new in town - Living near "Hoffmantown" in the NE. We are relaxed homeschoolers. We'd love to meet some other 7-9 y.o. Lego enthusiasts and some 3-5 y.o. preschoolers for some play. We are Mom, Dad, DS and DD.
Does anyone get together up here in the NE on a regular basis other than the park day? We are still learning about different events and activities so I'm sure we'll make our way around. We've been to one of the park days and also some of the "soccer" days.
We'd like to host a Lego building day or a preschooler play date at our house if there's any interest.
We'd love to meet some other homeschoolers - our neighborhood is so quiet during the day
Hi Carol, I'm in the East Mtns., but I don't mind driving. I have an 8 year old, almost 9 who loves legos and bionickles. Let me know when you are thinking about this.
Hi Carol, I have an 8 year old son (he'll be 8 on Friday that is) who looooovvves legos and a 4 year old son who loves to play with both boys and girls (he loves tea parties). We would be so happy to meet some more lego lovers and preschoolers for play. Just let us know when and we'll try to be there! Laura
See, that's what happens when it is past bedtime and you try to make sense of stuff. So, the little ones could just play and the bigger ones could build Legos............. Still, we'd like to join you anyway so let us know. Lyndi
I have identical twin sons who are 9 years old.....10 yrs old in February. And they can be found most days with Legos, in all forms, in their hands.
I also have a 3 year old daughter, who will be 4 years old in March. She enjoys playing with My Little Ponies, Dinosaurs, plastic animals and water.
We'd love to get together with you, even though we don't live in the NE Heights. We are located in northern Rio Rancho, but it only takes us about 15-20 minutes to get to your area.
Just post a date/time/place and I'm sure you'll get lots of replies
I too, would be interested in setting up a preschool day. I have a 3 almost 4 year old son that loves to play! We live in the East Mountains, but my son goes to work with me everyday in Albuquerque, so we can set something up fairly easily.
