We have been homeschooling for 2 years with my 9 year old identical twin sons and my almost 3 year old daugther.
We moved away from New Mexico 7 years ago to South Carolina, after living here for 8 years, due to a job transfer. We are now back home again(finally!) and glad to be here!
We live in Enchanted Hills and are looking for fellow homeschooled friends to meet with for playdates and field trips. We like to go biking, hiking, camping and exploring. My sons love basketball, Legos, and park play time. My daughter loves to dance and run around, and she especially loves Disney Princesses and Dora (just for an idea of some things we may have in common).
Personally, I enjoy scrapbooking, horseback riding and reading. And I would love to connect with any fellow homeschool Mom who also enjoys these things, too
We would be happy to meet at any parks, museums, trails, etc on the WestSide, in Rio Rancho, and even in Albuquerque (prefer NW and NE).
Sheesh! Sorry if this sounds like a personal ad, but we are all missing our old homeschool co-op and friends from SC and can't wait to get roots put down in NM again and meet some new friends!
Welcome to the board. I have a 5 yr. old boy (6 in Dec.) and almost 4 yr. old girl (in March). She loves to dress up as princess and likes to dance as well. She especially likes to do ballet. My son likes to do the same thing as yours but he would be too young to play with your boys. He loves to create his own stuff and dresses up different characters. We live in Rio Rancho and we love going to the park. We would love to see you at the park day maybe sometime soon.
