Wanted to let everyone know, a fellow homeschooling family has opened a FANTASTIC restaurant! The Matthews Family owns Rosa's Italian Kitchen (3325 San Mateo, North of Candelaria). The food quality is awesome. For those who can't have tomato sauce, they have developed the largest selection of white sauce lasagne. Their house lasagne is fantastic. They have a pork dish that they serve only on Fridays and Saturdays - the meat falls of the bone. Pizza is great - well, I think all their food is great!
Prices are wonderful. Hint - my hubby and I split the lasagne and still bring some home. They portions are easily shared.
I encourage all to support the business and talents in our homeschooling community. We all know the challenges of homeschooling and should do what we can to support eachother's efforts. The Matthews are a great family.
