Need help with the Abeka 1st Grade (currently 1,005 views)

I know this sounds silly but I am having such a hard time with structuring the day with 1st Grade Abeka! There are two teacher manuals with clear instruction in each. Now, heres the issue. We finished Kindergarten early and are starting right into 1st without the summer break. Therefor we are trying to pass review because K is FRESH! I'm finding this very hard to structure in my daily planning because we will be in lesson 15 for phonics I think, close to lesson 40-50! with handwriting and yet lesson 1 with spelling! UGH! Has anyone out-there had this trouble with Abeka and if so would you be willing to talk? 922-1221 Thanks

My advice is take a breat & don't get concerned with matching the lessons too much. It's ok to stop one & catch up also.
