I'm using Rosetta Stone at the library for learning Spanish (me & the kids both), and I'm wanting to supplement the stuff we do on the computer with something written. I was thinking maybe some kind of workbook. Does anyone use one that they like? I think Rosetta Stone offers one, but it seems kind of pricey, though I might buckle down & buy it.

Believe it or not I found a Spanish workbook at Wal-Mart of all places.  My DD likes it.  I'm not at home right now so I can't remember who publishes it.  It spans grades 1-3.  Also, Usborne books has a first 1000 words in spanish book that has a sticker workbook as well.  You might look into that.

Here's an old post about Rosetta Stone that may answer some of your questions. Note that Rosetta Stone is very expensive to buy ($300+) but is available online free from the library. My son (almost 7) does very well with it. I've just ordered the workbook that goes with it, so far we're only doing stuff online. It's quite addictive!
