Hello fellow moms!
I just wanted to share our new discovery! We were in Santa Fe and were looking for a pool, so we stopped by the Chavez Community Center and hit the jackpot! It's HUGE! They have an awesome indoor beach pool with a lazy river, a whirlpool, a small slide and a HUGE waterslide- if you're tall enough! They also have an ice skating rink! The daily rate is $1.00 per child and $4.00 per adult and you can come and go as you please! (Skate rentals are $2.00)
They also have a HUGE gym, a workout place, a running track, excersice classes, a lunch area with snack bar...it's amazing!
Take St. Francis to Rodeo, follow Rodeo until you see the community center on the right! It's incredible!

Also, you might want to verify this, but their homeschool days used to be Friday. That means that adults are free and kids are $1 I believe.  |
