Hi! I am new to NM Homeschooling. What books do you recommend for:
1) Communication and Business
2) NM History

Communication is just a fancy name for speech--continuing participation in speech contests, etc., would qualify if you want to avoid a formal course. For business, I'd allow technology courses, too. You can do anything from intro to marketing to mirco computer app. to intro programming, since they are all useful in the business world. Accounting, too, would count. They don't have to be general overview courses--they just have to fall within the category. Foreign language courses are also accepted in this category, so if you did Medical Spanish (or whatever) or a business course in Spanish (I have a text fr a college course I did in that), it would count, too.
For NM hist, you can use a text or just various books form the library. *G* |
