I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on favorite story versions of King Arthur for children? Dane is interested in King Arthur and associated legends. Any opinions on favorite websites, sources, books? There's a ton out there so it's always great to get personal favorites from trusted homeschoolers! Thanks so much for any info!

| If you're not just looking for King Arthur but the whole valor and role model of the time, so to speak, Mary Pride sells Prince Valient comic books at her web site and I think they are of that setting and all. I've only read a little of them but they seem like they'd fit the bill you may be looking for. I read that the history in them is a bit out of sequence but that otherwise they are supposed to be awesome! |

Sharon - here's a Dover Publication web site. It has some medevil hands on activities. Things he can put together.. Cut and make a Castle, Cut and make a knight, Cut and make a Knight's Helmet. He might need a little help, but I bet he'd enjoy it!
