I am the principal of Eastern Hills Christian Academy.  I have lots of good used curriculum I would like to donate to homeschool parents if any one is interested.  I will be getting rid of it within the next week.  Please call 294-3373.

If any of you would like to make the treck over the hill to Edgewood, there are free textbooks for all this week at Edgewood Middle School between 8:30 and 3:30.  They could possibly have them out longer for you if you call them.  There are all grade levels (K-6) and the asst principal at the middle school said there would be some middle school stuff there shortly.  There was LOTS of science and science kits.  This is stuff that manufacturers send to them and if they decide no to use that particular curriculum, the manufacturer doesn't want it back.  So most of this stuff is brand new!

I havent been around the boards in quite some time.  Are these books still available, and if so, can you give me some directions.  Sounds like it would be worth the trip.\

Thanks

Hi Jill, everything I know about the ones at the Chirstian Academy is in the first message above. You'd need to call the number to find out more.

The drive was WELL worth it.  I went yesterday and got a TON of stuff.  Even 2 huge boxes of curriculum that has never been opened.  Many different grades.  Just unbelievable.  I had to come home and build some shelves to store all the stuff I got.  Thanks for the tip on this one.
