I am delighted to have found this site and be able to offer my services and skills to the Albuquerque Homeschoolers. I homeschooled my son who is now an engineer and I appreciate and admire all of the dedication that homeschooling requires. I have a Master's degree in Education and specialize in Fine Arts. I have been teaching private Individual and group lessons in the Visual Arts, Piano, and Voice tecniques for over 25 years with emphasis on motivation and individualized skills. The "whole" child is uppermost and will appreciate and learn best when the teaching is centered around his or her special interests. Art and Music skills enrich other areas, such as math, social sciences and history in very unique ways - and builds self-esteem and confidence.
