Starting January 9th, Highpoint Sports & Wellness is offering a Self-Defense class for youth ages 9 and up.

This class is designed to create an atmosphere of fun, while building confidence and self-esteem. All levels are welcome.

Monday and Wednesday 4:15pm - 5:15pm
Cost: $55 for 8 classes
Instructor: Sensei David Auten

Your first class is free!
