Hello,

My name is Marian Combs, and I am a homeschooling mother of four.  I am also a nationally certified leadership instructor.  I have developed a workshop specifically for homeschooled high-schoolers which develops leadership skills.  The workshop can be supplemented with a correspondence or online course in Applied Leadership Development, with readings provided by Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society of the Two-Year College.

If you have 10 students from your area who sign up for the workshop, I will schedule a date for your group exclusively.  You are welcome to combine students from multiple groups, of course, and we always welcome other Christian highschoolers.  In addition, if you are able to secure a location, such as a church fellowship hall, for this one-day event, we will give your group two scholarships (valued at $75 each) to the workshop.

We have a lovely, color brochure that we would be happy to mail upon request.  Please indicate how many copies you would like.

When we look to the past, we see many homeschooled leaders, and surely this trend will continue in the future.  This workshop is just one small way to build our children's skills to enable them to be the leaders of tomorrow.
