| A person in another group mentioned this website http://www.peah.com/ in regards to getting a homeschool ID. She says she paid a small fee and now uses it as teacher ID anywhere that gives teacher discounts.. I've not checked out the website yet but thought I'd pass along the info.. |

I believe I am the one who mentioned this on the other group! LOL! So if anyone has any questions about it let me know I do use this card and have the ID cards for my kids as well. LOL!! |

It's hard to see the picture of the card online, but it appears to say, "It pays to homeschool" on the front of the card. Do local stores still accept that for teacher discounts?

Another way to get the discount is to download the "Application Form for Homeschool" at the APS website. Some people actually register their kids and send in theri form, while others fill out the form, but keep it in their files "just in case." I've used this form to apply for teacher ID cards at all the bookstores. I get 20 - 25% off all my homeschool purchases.
