Offer Description:
The US Department of Health offers two free oversized Easy Reader books. Play Day in the Park is for children ages three to four and "encourages children to play outside, exercise, and discover the world around them." Wally Bear's Healthy Lifestyle is for ages five to six and teaches kids about healthy choices.

How to get it:
Visit this page http://store.health.org/catalog/results.aspx?h=drugs&topic=29 and select one of the books and click. Place the item in your shopping cart and then go to checkout. If you have previously created an account you can log in. If you don't have an account you need to register.

Offer Availability:
This offer is available to residents of the United States and is intended for parents and people what work with young children.

Who is making the offer?:
This offer is provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

How much effort is required to request the offer?:
If you have not already created an account on the site you need to create one.

What is the likelihood the offer will arrive?:
There is a very good chance you will receive this offer as it is offered by a US government agency.

What are the risks in requesting the offer?:
No credit card is required so there is no financial risk. In my experience with registering for numerous offers from the government I have never received unsolicited email from registering. The form will accept "UL" if you want to enter your phone number as unlisted.
