Coronado State Monument October 28, 2006 Day of the Dead Workshop 10 am – 1 pm Learn about the Spanish Day of the Dead celebrations. Children can make a mask in honor of this day and see it displayed at the Monument until November 6th. $3 admission, 16 and under Free.
Title Wave Books is having their 12th Birthday celebration this weekend. Everything in the store is 20% off so it would be a great time to stock up on home schooling materials. The sale is for cash, check or credit card purchases only. No trade credit can be used. There will be free bagels and coffee on Saturday and free hot dogs, punch and birthday cake on Sunday.
