There seems to be a reasonable amount of interest in regular park days. If you think you'd be likely to come to a park day, can you suggest the days/times that would be most convenient for you? Also, any particular favorite parks?

For myself, Wed, Thu, and Fri morning are good, especially while the weather is still warm. When it cools down a bit, I wouldn't mind meeting fairly late in the afternoon (say 3:30ish) any day of the week. Some good parks I know of include Loma del Norte (near San Francisco and Wyoming NE - shady), Holiday Park (nr Tramway and Comanche NE - bathrooms, plenty of good equipment, shade), and Piedra Lisa (near Tramway/Menaul NE - beautiful nr foothills, newish, not much shade).

If we can come up with some agreement on times, I can post some regular (maybe twice monthly) park days on the calendar, rotating between the suggested locations.

We would love to meet for a park day.  Thursdays and Fridays are better for us. 

We would love some park days. However, I'm not the best person to suggest locations since we are new here. I only know of three parks in Rio Rancho. But maybe we can do a couple of different park locations each month, so we can see different parks and be fair to everyone's driving distances???
