We're losing one of our wonderful co-op class teachers, Julie S., who is moving to Colorado with her family in a few weeks. There are currently only a couple of us now who are teaching co-op classes, and we'd love to have a couple more people volunteer to do them. Otherwise, we might have to cut down to only a couple a month instead of weekly.

If you've been to a class, you know that we're really informal and only want to give the kids something fun to do. We teach whatever we feel an enthusiasm for ourselves, and I know that -- for myself -- it isn't that hard to do even though I have no experience teaching. We've done music, arts & crafts, Spanish, German, Japasese culture. If you have a skill or enthusiasm, think about volunteering to do a single class for us. We usually have no more than about 6 families, and all the parents are there to help teach, child-mind, set up and clean up as needed.

If you want to help, please reply here or contact me at 797-9441. Thanks!
