We're looking for someone to help maintain our monthly calendar. I'm putting in the 2 weekly co-op events. Shelby has added the basketball group on Tuesdays. What we'd like is for someone (or ones) to keep an eye out for "around town" events (plays, book sales, story times, what have you) that might be of interest to homeschoolers. You could look in the ABQ journal or NM Kids magazine to find ideas. Or, if you just happen to see something interesting, please contact me and I'll be happy to put it on the calendar. This also applies to activities that other homeschooling groups are doing, as long as they are open to all homeschoolers.
