I saw on the December calendar that there is a sale at the Scholastic warehouse. Where is that?

I don't have all the details on the calendar yet, but here's the scoop:

The great twice-yearly Scholastic warehouse sale. Almost everything in the warehouse at 50% off their already low prices. Previous sales I've been to have only been open to educators, including "registered" homeschoolers. You need to sign in when you arrive and attest on the signup sheet that you're a homeschooler. The times I've gone, I've never been asked for proof of homeschooling status.

The sale goes on all week, and this is the first day. Be warned: If it's anything like last year's sale, the first day will be very, very crowded. I had to stand in line last year for almost an hour. If you hate crowds and lines, you might want to plan to go later in the week instead. This won't really be a social event for our group, it's just a chance to buy some REALLY cheap books.

I'll post the exact hours of the sale, phone number, and street address when I get a chance to look them up.

Directions: From San Mateo NE, turn west onto McLeod (it's roughly between Montgomery and Academy). Continue on McLeod past Jefferson (there's a traffic light there). Travel through this warehouse area past a covered parking lot on your left. The Scholastic warehouse is on the left, a low corrugated metal building with parking in front.
