The Maxwell Museum has called me and stated that if we tour the museum at 12:30 instead of 12:00, we will get to actually see the lady baking bread, clean out the kiln and put the bread in. Then by the time we finish the tour, the bread will be coming out of the kiln, and the children will have been able to see both sides of the process. Maybe we can do lunch before?
