The Pizza Hut Book-it program is taking enrollments until June 11, 2004. It's for ages K-6th grade. Kids set up a reading goal and when they complete the month's goal they get a certificate for a free personal pan pizza. The packets come with the certificates.  http://www.bookitprogram.com
