I am considering setting up a group of kids to volunteer once a month at a local nursing home.  If interested in being included in this group or if you just want further information, feel free to call me at 792-2666.  Calling does not obligate you to participate.  Right now I just want to see who would be interested, so please respond no matter what the ages of your kids.  We may be able to include any ages at this point.

I know you said to call, but fair warning it's hard for me to be on a telephone at just about ANY time.  best way is e-mail, for sure.

Same as the others, I'd be interested depending on which one.  I'd heard of a lady who, with her children, would go decorate the residents' doors for holidays, birthdays, and such.  I thought that would be fun but, unfortunately, outside our budget.

I would dearly love to get my kids involved in a nursing home ministry!  They are ages 7 and 5.

I too am interested, Kailey is 3 and can join the younger group. however a direction for me for my older kids (11, 12, 14, 17) would be just as great. We know of this facility as many years ago, my grandmother was there.  Friday mornings are fine for us for now, come September that may be a problem with the Enrichment classes my kids are in.
