Well, it wasn't open...it is small, it is outdoors, and it is at the parks & recreation in Rio Rancho at the Sports Complex. I'm guessing it will open Memorial Day Weekend. So, it sounds like there's another one in Corrales? Sounds like fun!

where is parks & recreation in Rio Rancho at the Sports Complex?

I'm not great with directions, but basically: going north on ?? (that big road going by Intel) you travel until you get to High Resort Blvd, turn left onto High Resort, go over hill and dale a while and the Sports Complex is on your right. The water play area is just to your left as you enter the driveway, though I don't think it's fully visible from the road.
