Dan Abbate, owner and Executive/Artistic Director of Gorilla Tango Comedy Theatre, is a 24 year old personable young man from Chicago who was home schooled as an unschooler from the age of 11 through high school. He went to college at the age of fifteen and majored in philosophy. He has been a role model to other home schoolers and is very willing to speak at group meetings or home school conventions. This is something he has done in the past in Illinois.
Gorilla Tango Comedy Theatre is a new downtown Abq live comedic theatre. We have professional comedic improv performances Thursday through Saturday evening and we have a training center teaching comedic improv from 8 to 17 years old through adult. We also have a comedic children's theatre called, Komedy Kidz. We are a non-alcoholic/non-smoking, all ages, live performance venue.
