Hi!  We (hubby, myself, and daughter) just moved here from Oregon.  We have a 3 year old (8/3/01) and I'd love to get her involved in some playgroups/dates.
Poor thing thinks other kids are the most exotic thing ever!

We live in Rio Rancho.

Welcome!  We don't live close to you, but we love to meet new friends.  Though my group of children might overwhelm your little one!  Hope to see you at a park day (east) or some other event soon.  The co-op has been wonderful to us.

Hi we live in Rio Rancho as well. Maybe we can meet you one day at a park.  There a couple of goods ones here.  The group usually has a park day in Rio Rancho, but it isn't on October's calandar, so we can do our own. You can post here if you think you would like to do that. I have 3 kiddos.

Hi! Another Intel transplant? We aren't Intel-ites, but we used to live in Portland. Nice to meet you!

Wow!  You went from beautiful green Oregon to Rio Rancho!

We aren't anywhere near you; we are in the east mountains.  (We just moved out here, from N.E. ABQ, a little over a month ago, because we were homesick for green, having come from northern CA.)  We do have a three year old son...without a doubt male...loves tools, motorcycles and army stuff, but he still loves to play house, paint his nails and do everything else his older sisters and babysitter do.  So, I'm sure he'd have fun with your daughter.  We'd be happy to meet you at a park sometime, or you would be welcome to visit at our home, although it is a bit of a drive.

Hi!  We moved to NM from the Portland Oregon area about 3 1/2 years ago.  We live in Rio Rancho too.    I'm surprised how many people on the board came from OR.

Maybe we'll get to meet at a park day sometime.  I'd like that.

Wow, I am from Portland, OR, too!  I only lived there until I was 8, though.  But still have lots of family there.

Welcome, Gwen!  Hope to meet you soon.

Nope, we're not with Intel.  We moved back (husband is originally from Crownpoint and we met at UNM) because we've been working opposite shifts for the past 3 years (so the little one didn't have to go into daycare)and we were getting tired of it.  We lived in the Portland/Milwaukie area (I grew up there).

We'll be living with my sister in law and sending husband back to school.  I work from home.

So if I seem really relaxed it is because this is the most free time/relaxing I've had in over 3 years!
