i am Jodi Miller, graduate from UNM's college of fine
arts, artist, and art teacher!
I am offering art lessons to the children of
Albuquerque out of the lovely community studio, Studio
Broadway, located on South Broadway in between Cesar
Chavez and Gibson. My students are now between the
ages of 6 and 11 and attend public and private
schools. Their parents have enrolled them in my
program because of a lack of art education in their
schools. I teach artistic skills and technique through
play and fun and the children just enjoy every minute
of the lessons. I have been researching ways of making
my program  avalible  to parents and i stumbled across
your site today. If you believe these lessons would

hello all! I posted a message last week offering art
lessons and after receiving so many inquires into
pricing I thought I might just post my prices for you!
The lessons I teach are out of a working studio,
there are several shops devoted different medium
including arts and crafts, wood working, glass
blowing, and metals work, so there are artists coming
in and out often.

The arts and crafts department is loaded with
materials to explore and experiment with and the
lessons are geared towards 5 to 11 year olds/
kindergarten to 5th grade-ish. The lessons are usually
two hours long once a week but they are flexible and
we can work out one hour lessons twice a week if
desired. The prices for one month's worth of lessons
are as follows:
Four two hour lessons
one child -$145, this includes a materials fee of 25$.

two children - $225, this includes a materials fee of
$25.
if you would like to organize lessons for more than
two children, the cost of the lessons are $100 per
child and a $25 materials fee for every two children.
The more children, the more fun!
3 children $325
4 children $450
5 children $550
