Karate Fitness

Karate Fitness is a combination of Karate and physical fitness.  It was designed for the home school population wishing to fulfill their child's PE needs while exposing them to martial arts and another culture.   The class will be taught by Sensei Yasuaki Nagatomo, US Team Coach and Chief Instructor at Japan Karate Association of New Mexico.   JKA of NM is the only authentic Japanese Dojo in Albuquerque since  1986 . The cost of the program is $120 and includes a free Karate uniform.   Space is limited.   To register, please call (505) 256-0700.  Registration deadline is September 25th.
