A call for HELP!

I’ve recently bought a home that is 70 years old and needs WORK.  It has been a bit neglected the last few years and needs…

new stucco and paint
a huge beam on the patio replaced
rotten viga ends removed or replaced
roofing touch-up
etc.

Much work to be done and I need an honest, reliable, very competent person to do the work.  Does anyone out there know somebody who can help?  Ask your friends, neighbors, coworkers.  I’d like to start ASAP but I don’t want to just try the gamble that is the yellow pages so please, please send me the contractor of my dreams!

Please respond to Crystal at WillowsFortress@cableone.net and she will get the information to me. Thank you so much.
Susan

Crystal,

We have a general contractor we love.  His name is Jeff McNeill.  I'm not sure what his schedule is like right now, but you could try giving him a call.  I'm not sure if it will make a difference in his rates, but you can tell him I gave you his name. I think his business line (may be his cell) is 328-1864.  He's done everything from toilet repairs to remodel projects for us.

We used Lino Lopez (Air Tight Roofing) to seal our roof once, about 7 years ago.  He was really affordable.  We haven't needed to call him since (a good sign), so I hope the number is still right:  268-1786 or mobile 259-8913
