Hello, my name is Annie and I am moving to Albuquerque in June and have decided to homeschool for the first time.  I will certainly need all the help I can get.

Hi, Annie!  It's a bit early, but welcome to Albuquerque!

How old is your child/children?  Regardless of their age, you'll find tons of support and help here.  This group is diverse and warm; filled with wise mamas and papas who enjoy supporting one another.  Albuquerque is a very homeschool friendly town, with lots of fun things going on, and New Mexico is an extremely easy state in which to homeschool.  Welcome aboard!

Welcome, Annie!   Hope we get to meet you at a park day . . . getting "plugged into" the co-op has REALLY helped us through our first year of homeschooling . . . it feels so much more manageable and friendly when you experience it alongside other families . . . even though everyone does it differently!     It's great to have people to bounce ideas off of, pick eachother's brains etc. . . .

Very glad you stopped by the website and wishing you the best as you transition!
