I'm not really familiar with the "Bed 4 Life" system. I am interested in a daybed for my 10 year old daughter. Would something like this work for her? Do we just need to supply a twin(?) mattress or would we need additional hardware?

Okay, here's the deal with the bed.  After digging around for the owner's maunal, and not finding it I got online and dug up the manual from there.  Apparently there are pieces you need to buy in order for it to convert inot a twin or full sized bed.  Also, as a crib, there has been a recall on the latch.  You can call the company and get a replacement  piece, if you intend to use it as a crib.
