Let me give you the low-down on LOCAL craft store coupons!
I've got them all figured out because I'm an arts-and-crafts junkie!

Each store is different, so I'll list and describe them separately:

     1.  Michael's
Ah, Michael's is the trickiest one of all.
You can only get their 40% off coupons in the Sunday newspaper (every other Sunday, that is).
But, if you want to know what's on sale each week, you can visit their website and take a peek at the flyer (no printable coupons, though).

     2.   Hobby Lobby
Hobby Lobby is quite generous with their bi-weekly 40%-off coupon - you can print it online as many times as you want!
The only catch is that you must use them in different transactions . . . but that's no biggie.
Depending on which location you visit, they may be sticklers about how many you use each day . . .

     3.   Jo-Ann's
Don't forget about Jo-Ann's!   They also issue a 40%-off coupon!   They may be a smaller store; but, they're potent!  Lotsa kid crafts!
Jo-Ann's is a bit tricky, too.   You've gotta sign-up for their flyer by mail.
To keep getting the flyer, you must bring it in each month and have a cashier scan the bar code on your flyer.
But, their sales are so good that IT"S WORTH IT!    I've been doing it religiously for 8 years now!

Their sales are really good, too!

Thanks, Elizabeth, for this tip!         http://www.joann.com/joann/about_joann/about_frame.jsp?url=about-joann-stores.joann.com/education/teachers.php
I was just at Jo-Ann's shopping for fabric (yes, I'm becoming quite the crafter ) and I noticed the following in their advertising:

"Public, private, and home school teachers, take 15% off each purchase all year long when you enroll in the Jo-Ann Teacher Rewards program. You'll also receive added coupon savings as a Jo-Ann Preferred Customer . . ."

In small print it adds that applicants must show official teacher identification. Has anyone tried this as a homeschooler? And do they really require ID? I know Borders says they do, and I think Staples, too, but they never asked for ID.
