She brings a tremendous depth of insight and talent to the table at each class . . . she is truly a master of this art. She frequently discusses how empowering it is for women of all ages to build their core strength, find inner confidence and express themselves artistically . . . when mother-and-daughter make this journey together, they bond emotionally as women and friends!
