Like YouTube, this site for teachers lets users upload their own videos and allows visitors to rate them.
From Power Point presentations (not the most stimulating content) to songs that teach to how to use a flash drive, TeacherTube has a large variety of videos on an enormous range of topics.
Users can also upload support files, so if there are associated worksheets or handouts for a video, you will find them as well. Besides using the search form, using Channels is the best way to find videos for a specific topic or age group.
The site also offers groups (like Yahoo groups but hosted by TeacherTube) and blogs on the site.
