Anyone with recommendations on how to find a good babysitter? My husband and I REALLY need some alone time!!!!

My daughter is 12 and I allow her to babysit in our home with me here.  She gets experience without risking anything and she loves kids.

I have a 15yo daughter w/tons of experience, CPR trained, and very responsible.  She would love to babysit for anyone out there.  She has 6 younger siblings and has years of infant and toddler experience.
