There are SO MANY variations to make your own flavorful mayonnaise at-home . . .
This just covers the very basics:

Quoted Text
Homemade mayonnaise is not only incredibly easy to make, it can actually be quite good for your health.
A basic mayonnaise recipe uses just a few ingredients:

Oil (like extra-virgin olive oil)
Egg yolks
Vinegar or lemon juice
Salt

Whip the ingredients together (adjust the amounts to your taste) and you have a spread that’s not only good for you, but tastes so delicious you won’t ever want to go back to the store-bought version.

Another option that I personally use is a grape-seed oil mayonnaise, which I enjoy very much and is available in most health food stores in the refrigerated section.
