We have chosen to schedule this meeting the day after the Enchanted Skies Star Party. http://www.enchantedskies.org
Our hope is that people would consider attending the star party and the IYA meeting. If people can not attend the entire star party possibly they could come for the last day of the ESSP attending the Chuck Wagon dinner and dark sky observing portion of the star party on Saturday and attend the IYA meeting on Sunday.
Your ideas and suggestions for increasing the productivity of this gathering of the Astronomy Community are greatly valued and appreciated. Please contact me with your comments and RSVP at: email@example.com 575.835.7243 office 505.515.5780 cell
We are looking forward to hearing from YOU!
