My husband is in the Air Force, and we have to move to Japan. Unfortunately, we need to find new homes for our beloved dogs. We have a Labradoodle (lab and standard poodle mix) who is 1.5 years old. He is very large and needs a big back yard. He is very loving and well behaved. He loves to sleep on the bed and be cuddled. He is great with kids (my 4-year-old can do any thing to him) and great with other dogs. He likes to be in the middle of whatever action is going on in the house and loves to play tag. He is also a really good watch dog and can intimidate even the bravest mail person!

Our Golden Retriever is 10 months old, and she is pure bred with a four generation pedigree. She is very sweet and extremely gentle. She is great with kids and other dogs. She likes to have a more low key environment and needs to take her kennel with her to her new home because she likes to go in there for alone time and naps. She does have hip dysplasia, so she can't go running or for long hikes. She does excellent on short walks, though. Also, she is allergic to heart worm medication.

Both of these dogs are great, and we are sad to see them go. They would prefer to go to homeschooling families because they are used to people being around for the majority of the day. They are both sterilized, microchipped, and current on shots. We will be screening families who are interested, so feel free to contact me with any questions. tara.fansler@comcast.net

Just to share our experience with my mom-in-law's labradoodle:  her's is very sweet & good with all of our kids.  She is very energetic & a bit goofy sometimes too.

I wish we could offer to take one of your pups, but we are planning on getting a new puppy in the spring hopefully!

My heart wants to say, let me know if you don't find homes for them!  But they sound like great dogs, so I'm sure you won't have any problems.
