Mayor Martin Chavez is pleased to announce the first annual Fall Career Fair for the Mayor's Youth JOBS Initiative (MYJI). MYJI in partnership with Albuquerque Public Schools has scheduled the Fall Career Fair for Tuesday, October 21st at Highland High School from 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Youth between the ages of 16 - 21 are encouraged to register at:

Participants will attend two workshops which provide employment skills in the areas of:

    * Workplace Expectations
    * Dress for Success
    * Resume and Employment Application Preparation
    * Mock Interviewing

Employers and educational institutions will be in attendance to discuss with participants current and future employment opportunities and educational requirements for career development.
