Announcing Saturday Morning Theatre Classes
For Children and Teens
The UNM Department of Theatre and Dance will again offer its Saturday morning theatre classes for children and teens beginning January 31 and running through April 4.  Hour-long classes are offered for children 4-5, 6-7, and 8-9 year olds with 90-minute long classes for 10-15 year olds.  Classes are taught by UNM Theatre graduate and undergraduate students and focus on developing expressive skills, self-confidence, and ensemble building as well as acting skills of voice, movement, and imagination.  These classes have been ongoing for 24 years and have introduced thousands of young people to the joys of self-expression through theatre.  The deadline for registration is January 31.  Information online at http://theatre.unm.edu/community/saturday_classes.php
