Railroad Garden Volunteers operate and maintain the G-scale model train at the Botanic Garden and answer the public’s questions about the various trains in operation. Rose Experts (Rosarians) from the Albuquerque Rose Society will demonstrate pruning equipment, proper pruning techniques and rose care. They will be available to answer any and all questions about the growing and care of beautiful roses. Rose growing supplies and equipment will be offered for sale at attractive prices. All proceeds from the sales go to support the Albuquerque Rose Garden.
We will have some new items for sale this year: Mills Magic rosefood and insulated work gloves. As always, we will haveYellowstone pruning gloves and leather work gloves,loppers, rakes and saws. Plan to join us for a fun and informative time. Admission is FREE.
