2010 Summer Food Preservation Classes
Making Jams and Jelly: June 15th from 9-12
Homemade Pickles: July 14th from 9-12
Canning fruits and vegetables: August 25th from 9-1
Freezing and Drying foods: August 26th from 9-11
All classes will be held at the 4-H Center;
1500 Menaul NW (just west of 12th St. on Menaul)
Registration is required, and the fee is $10 for each class
