Medieval Living is once again offering introductory classes on making chainmail armor and weaving with the inkle loom.  We had such a good response to these classes that we want to offer them again!  For those unfamiliar with Medieval Living, we are providing these classes to homeschool families throughout New Mexico - the classes are free.  We need to limit class sizes to ensure that we are providing quality instruction.  If there is enough interest in a particular class, we will be glad to hold additional sessions.  Please contact scott@medieval-living.com if you want to attend one or more of these classes.

September 7 - Chainmail Armor - Cherry Hills Library (east Albuquerque) from 4:00pm to 5:00pm
September 14 - Chainmail Armor - Haynes Park gazebo* (Rio Rancho) from 3:00pm to 4:00pm
September 21 - Inkle Loom Weaving - Cherry Hills Library (east Albuquerque) from 4:00pm to 5:00pm
September 28 - Inkle Loom Weaving - Haynes Park gazebo* (Rio Rancho) from 3:00pm to 4:00pm

*The gazebo is on a first-come, first-served basis.  I have an easy-up shelter that we can use in case someone else grabs the gazebo first!  Although the weather can be quite nice during September, it can easily be unpredictable - so if it's raining cats and dogs, we probably won't be meeting.  Dress should be appropriate for outside activities.

We will be offering additional classes in October and November - visit our website and blog for updates!
