Dear CAPE and ERC families,

Have you ever wondered what to do about people who need identification but don’t drive (such as students)? Here is some helpful information from one of our homeschool moms about ID cards ….

Hi All,

Here's some information about ID cards for your kids.
I thought I'd pass it on just to be helpful.

In order to do some banking, our kids needed state issued ID cards.
Since we don't have school IDs, I called a privately owned MVD, and they said it would be $36.75 each.
Then I called the government run MVD on Juan Tabo and Menaul.
They said it would be $10!

They need a birth certificate and SS card, and proof of residency.
Parents can sign a paper stating they live with you, which would cover the residency.
