Hi, all you wonderful homeschooling parents! I'm a somewhat shy but fairly articulate Charlotte Mason-influenced unschooling mom of two boys, three and six years old. Combining all three of our interests, I'd say that we're very excited about knitting, Legos, the stars, Catholicism, fighting with swords, cooking, being outside, pretending to be a little puppy, reading, eating candy, prayer, strong coffee, gardening, the ocean. And more.
We're new to New Mexico, and so glad to be here. We plan to come to the park day on Thursday, so look forward to meeting some of you there. I'm grateful for this forum: what a nice resource.

There is a strong Catholic homeschooling community out your way.  They even have a class co-op that meets weekly.  I know that's not exactly unschooling, but still a great resource for you.  Ask around at your parish!
