We took a break from the homeschool groups for a little while (about a year) due to illness in the family.  We're back now and I am hoping there is someone that could help me.  We've been homeschooling for 6 years now.  I have an 11 year old daughter that is feeling a bit lonely as her best friend moved away.  Are there any homeschool groups for tweens anymore?  There was one a few years ago for tweens and teens but I don't know if they even exist.  Does anyone know of any classess etc for her age group where she might be able to socialize with kids her own age?

What part of town are you in ?? We have an 11 yr old daughter, too(as well as 2 nine yr olds) We live in Abq off San Mateo/Comanche

We actually live in Los Lunas, but are in Albuquerque several days a week, and are actively looking for a home in Albuquerque.  I have an 8 yr old boy and 11 year old daughter.  Do you attend park days?

I have a 12 year old son, we're kind of new to homeschooling (this year) and we're trying to find the same thing.  I'm looking at the Homeschool Ravens group, have you seen them?

I haven't heard of the ravens groups.. can you tell me more?
