Hi! I just found this forum and am looking to network with other homeschooling families. I have a ds9, ds7, ds4, ds2, and dd>1. Is there a group that meets in the east mtns? I am willing to go into town, as I'm already going in twice a week. Are there people still going to park day? Any direction would be great and we look forward to meeting some new people!

People are still meeting at park day in town.
I live in the East Mountains as well. There are many home schoolers out  here. I do know for sure there is  Catholic  Coop out here as the people I have met here all go to it We do not attend that coop.

I have two girls 10 and 7yo.

Hi Gretchen - I'm part of the Catholic group but you'll find that this message board provides a lot more activities.  There's anotherl Catholic co-op is in town though and people like that - it is a separate group.  Would love to meet you - I know I and Molly are looking for more homeschoolers out here.  292-3309  Colleen

Hi,
There is another East Mtns group, called In Him Homeschoolers.  The head of the group is Lisa Silva, you can reach her at fullhousewithsix@aol.com.  She arranges for wonderful educational field trips and get-togethers throughout the year.
