I love Educreations.
It is so flexible and has many possible applications, not just for screen casting lessons in an online or virtual course.
While there are a few things it'd be nice for the developer to add, it is FREE, with no in-app purchases or ads.
I posted a rudimentary review of it by actually using the app (it was just my second try using it, so I was still learning how to operate it as I went.)
Check out my demo/review at          http://www.educreations.com/lesson/view/app-review-educreations/647310/
