Handbell ringing season is beginning.
The Simple Sounds handbell ensemble is hosting a handbell workshop on August 11, 2012, 9am-noon at the Blacker home.  
Come explore the possibility at the workshop.
Participants must be at least 12 years old, and some prior experience with music is needed.
No prior experience with handbells is required.

We encourage family participation as it can be a great strengthener of the family relationships that are so important.
Consider any combination of family members: e.g. Dad & Daughter, Mom & Son, Husband & Wife, etc.

We serve by bearing testimony of Christ through great music at a wonderful (Christmas) season of the year.
Our performances include major Christmas programs, a final bell concert, and multiple performances at assisted living homes, community centers, etc.

There are some fees associated with joining the choir to cover the cost of upkeep for the bells and performance uniforms.
Practice is held Saturday mornings.
