• Herbal Baby: Products for Sensitive Skin

Make your own salve, body powder, and bath herbs all with ingredients safe for the most sensitive skin. Take home what we make in class. Class cost is $45 (including all supplies) and is limited to 8.
• Herbal Gift Making Workshop
: Saturday Dec. 7, 10am to 12:30
Make your own hand-made gifts for the holidays including luscious foot and body scrubs, fizzy bath bombs, and luxurious body butter. Take home what you make in class. Class costs $40 (including supplies) and is limited to 10.
• Herbs for Cold and Flu Season
: Thursday, January 16, 6pm to 8pm
Cold and flu season is upon us, so get ready with this class on herbs for respiratory health. In this 2-hour class, participants will learn how to use herbs to strengthen the lungs and to ease runny noses, coughs, colds, fevers, and sinus infections. Students will also prepare their own in-class herbal steam treatment. The class costs $25 and is limited to 10.
• Herbalism Series 2
: Thursdays, Jan. 30, Feb. 6, 13, 20, 27, 6pm to 8pm
Make your own herbal syrup, infused honey, medicated soap, and liniment. Learn how to use herbs for stress, chronic pain, insomnia, mood imbalances, deep immune issues, thyroid problems, heart health, lymph flow, urinary infections, and women’s health. The series costs $135 and is limited to 8.
• Kitchen Cosmetics I: Skin Cream & Lip Balm
: Saturday, March 22, 10am to 12 noon
