hi, I'm RoBerta. I saw your ad in New Mexico Kids. I have a 2-yr-old boy & I plan to homeschool him. I don't know anyone else with young kids, so I'm looking for groups like you. We are involved in MOPS, and he goes to gymnastics with his dad, but really no socialization besides that. I'm glad to have found you. I hope to find something we can attend soon.

Welcome!  I also have a 2 year old son who I plan on homeschooling.  I taught first and second grade in Tucson, AZ but I now stay home with my son.  We moved here last December and have enjoyed getting to know some of the other moms in the co-op.  Hopefully, we will meet soon. By the way, we live in Taylor Ranch if you would like to get the kids together at a park to play.

;DI think a park date sounds great. That's so nice of you. My son does well either early in the morning or in the early afternoon. We've lived in ABQ for about 2 1/2 years, but don't know much of it well. Do you have a park you go to regularly, a favorite?

Actually, I didn't think to look at the calendar ahead of time, but there's a park day this Thursday afternoon, 10/23. Do you plan to go to that?
